- The company Casa di Petra, equally has an insurance for work and damages after reception permitting the repair and reimbursement of damages after completion engaging manufactures in a ten-year responsibility.
- A financial guarantee of completion, is equally taken out by SARL Casa di Petra within the framework of Sale Before Completion (VEFA) in line with the requirement of Law L.261-1 and following the building and housing regulations (for residential projects for residential usage such as: collective residencies or a site of individual houses).
This guarantee provides the purchaser certainty that in case of default by the developer, the completion of the building or houses is guaranteed.
